Exchange / Return and Refund Policy
If the item just doesn't fit right or looking for a different color. No problem, we will pickup the return shipping for the first order exchange. Please contact us at 801 797-9276 to process an exchange.
You can return any new, unused and unaltered item with all original tags and bags in new condition within 30 days of delivery of your item. We will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Step 1: Locate your original order number by the either the invoice sent with the package or your online order confirmation.
Step 2: Request a return authorization number (RA#) by calling our office at (801) 797-9276. You have 14 days from the time of RA issuance to have the package delivered to Jaxn Motorsports.
Step 3: Include your return authorization number with your return shipment. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you can use the original shipping container. Please DO NOT use the original manufacturer's product box as the only shipping container. It will most likely arrive damaged and the package will be rejected as eligible for refund.

Please retain your return tracking information. Jaxn Motorsports is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. All Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
· Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box, bags and/or packaging with all tags included.
· Once your return is received and inspected by Jaxn Motorsports (usually within 48-72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
We do not charge restocking fee's unless your order was placed for a custom or special merchandise order. In this special case reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
· Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
· Any electronic which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal broken is non-returnable.
· Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
· Any Tool or Chemical that has been opened or seal broken is non-returnable.
· Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.
· Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Jaxn Motorsports will assist customers with their warranty; however Jaxn Motorsports does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
· Please let us know immediately if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier. We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can be lengthy.
